What it is planned to do
- Profit per property: income minus platform commission, cleaning and fixed costs.
- Break-even price per night at your real occupancy.
- A question you can ask it: which prices should I correct for December? It answers from your own calendar, public and school holiday windows you set, and events you type in, and it shows every rule it used.
- Review helper: finds complaints that repeat in reviews you paste in, and drafts replies that you edit. It never asks only happy guests for reviews and never offers rewards for reviews.
What it will not do
- It does not log into Booking, Airbnb or any account and does not change your prices.
- It does not promise higher income or a higher rating.
- It is not a live market-data service. It does not scrape competitor prices.
- It is not tax advice. Reports are for your own planning.

Questions
Will it work with Booking, Airbnb and others?
It is designed to read files you export yourself (a calendar in .ics format and booking lists in CSV). It does not connect to your accounts. Export formats differ by platform, so the first version will list exactly what it can read.
Does it use live data or AI?
No. The first version is planned to run offline with fixed rules and holiday windows you can edit. That keeps it a one-time purchase.
Will it make me more money?
We cannot promise that. It shows your numbers and applies rules of thumb. You decide what to change.
When can I buy it?
Not yet. We first want to see whether enough hosts want it. Reserving costs nothing and you will be told before anything is charged.
